Let's Get Acquainted

This is a little place on the web, where the musings of Zed Day, Jr., will be shared for all to enjoy. He loved writing - mostly little poems - but also he wrote about people and places he was fond of.

Zed was my Grandfather (aka "Boppy") and I have somehow ended up with his things. Instead of keeping them in a box in the garage, I felt like they should have a place where everyone who knew and loved him could enjoy them and even add to them.

Additionally, I'll share some glimpses of his life and family. His wife of 62 years, Ann (my "Nana"), who was the love of his life!

Everyone who knew him, has a story or 20 about him. He always made people feel good. Zed was a happy guy, that's why! He was jolly. But he was also a bit of a philosopher and storyteller. He loved a good saying and used them so much, he was "famous" for them with folks that knew him.

I hope whomever visits this little spot will smile while reading and looking over the pictures. He would have loved that :)
